Getting in shape is hard. And expectations can kill the motivation to do so. It's easy to compare yourself to some prior fitter you, but all that does is set you up for disappointment & frustration. Be kind to yourself. Try to get a little bit better from where you are right now

Forget the questioning of morality of airlines and retail stores at this time of year, try attempting to fulfill a prescription with a pharmacy which has been closed since the 23rd despite their posted hours saying otherwise. Can’t even transfer it to someone that can help.

Be a risk taker. Failing is an answer. Not knowing is not an answer. You need to at least find out. Not giving it a shot will haunt you forever.

Perfectionism often pushes us to perform out of a place of fear. There are very few individuals who can handle and utilize fear as a motivator over the long haul. It's powerful but draining.
