The stigma surrounding anxiety among healthcare workers is high. Often we feel humiliated and judged by our closest colleagues and supervisors. Especially when we can't articulate why we are upset in a productive assertive way. Completely crushing. Check on your work buddy.

Ontario’s government is refusing to #RepealBill124 and end the wage suppression of nurses as the healthcare system collapses during a pandemic where so many people are suffering due to a shortage of nurses. Just thought I should remind everyone of that.
