Wow just watched Game Changers on Netflix the science is so interesting and seeing people achieve their goals through diet and excel is amazing. Definitely worth a watch 🙌🏻

Okay so after my run yesterday I actually injured my knee 😅 so no running for me today but it’s doing a lot better today and I’m resting, so I’m hoping to be able to workout later tonight 🏋🏼‍♂️

Looks like I may possibly have torn my acl but not confirmed by a doctor yet. Going to try and get to a walk-in some time this week as the pain is getting worse day by day and I’m getting really worried about it turning into a serious injury. Still able to walk though! 🙏🏼
