Storytime in the hideaway! The Twos have created a quiet corner with cushions and blankets so when the room is busy they can relax and have time away for a few minutes

Planting sunflowers for hope I heard Margaret E Atwood on the radio. She said “there’s no point not being optimistic; if you’re not optimistic, you don’t do anything.” So I’ve planted sunflowers to be positive and hopeful that everyone can return to nursery again soon. Saffia.

Thank you to Justine, Manager of The Priory, for making this amazing rainbow from upcycled materials. It’s hanging on the balcony at The Priory, our “lockdown” Hub nursery, to welcome all the Critical Worker families as they arrive at nursery. North Bristol NHS Trust #keyworkers

Babies have been having lots of fun exploring and mixing paints. They reused old pizza boxes and devised their own easels to create wonderful pictures. #upcycle #recycle #small #homely #flexible #creativityforkids

We learned how to make bread, kneading it and watching it rise before it went into the oven. We even got to eat some for tea. #smallhomelyflexible #baking #learning #lifeskillsforkids

Thank you to all staff and parents who donated mascara wands. These have now been sent off to the Arc Wildlife Centre to help with the animal care. At Head Office we are still collecting old pens and biros and plastic beauty product containers that can now be returned to Boots.
