So this is the hugely frustrating situation I'm having with trying to contact Epson UK and trying to resolve my tech support issue as a monthly subscriber. A contact page with no actual way of contacting them by phone or email or chat.

Anyone else found that ReadyPrint service/support from Epson UK utterly shambolic at the moment (putting it mildly)? It can't be just me, surely? The printer connects to wifi. My computer sees it. It can print test pages. But something is very wrong with ReadyPrint right now.
