I was VERY thin when I got married. Size 2/4. The summer after I got married I found that I gained 30+ lbs and was a size 8 (it's where I still am) because I started... eating breakfast and full meals for lunch and dinner.

So can we talk about how Christ stood for love, equality, and mercy. Yet, so many people, who claim to be followers of Christ, seem to ignore that key principle?? Matt 22:37-40

Read a book, touch your ceiling, climb a fence, lay in the grass, drink water, look at the stars, go for a run, draw a picture, jump on your bed, do a cartwheel. Do something that makes you feel alive today because life is so beautiful and we waste our time far too often.

Can we make smoothies and go to book stores?
