Its Day 11 of our #12daysofBB, celebrating our Patient Safety Board! This year we have seen a difference in reporting, with staff promoting and using A3 progress summary reports, presenting the data in a story telling way through run charts, Pareto charts, and SPC charts! 👏🔢

Its our final day of #12daysofBB, thank you to all our teams who got involved and all the teams who have attended workshops, enrolled on our moodle programme, asked us to support away days and who are continuously improving! With very best wishes from the Brilliant Basics team!
