This Friday is the Good Good Friday Run! Starts at 4pm at the top of the zig-zag at the Brighton Marina. We run out all together to Saltdean around 6K then group together. Then return back to the Brighton Marina is timed and run as fast or easy as you like. Total distances is 12K
