IYKYK Chef C Ricky Metzenbomb Stu Cameron I’ve worked in auto repair all my life, never worked in a dealer or a shop that offered maternity/paternity leave. You got off as much PTO that you had. Sure you could take time off unpaid but not everyone can. The point of this is there is no standards.
