Contact your local AG and ask them why there hasn’t been a probe into the Southern Baptist Convention’s presence in your state. Ask them to bring an investigation and the results before a grand jury/civil investigative jury.

Is this a PR violation? I'm not sure. Depends on Utah's position on maintenance, I guess. Is it a misuse of public funds? Yes. The government shouldn't be funding private defamation lawsuits. Also, what happens if they win? Does the county get a cut? ksl.com/article/511215…
