Recently I have received feedback from some teammates that I don’t talk enough. This is pretty insightful, sometimes you have to listen more and speak less.

This is a lesson we could all benefit from.

Supportive culture is the culture necessary to really succeed.

If you are a recruiter, and you don’t respond to the field personnel sending you referrals for over a month, are you really doing it right??

Being in an organization that knows your worth, helps you recognize your worth, and encourages you to do what you need according to your worth is a very healthy place to be. Don’t be scared to find that place for yourself!

Hard to imagine going to watch a sunset like this and it being the last. There’s a lot of suffering in the world, we don’t need anymore.
