15-20 years ago, I was a hockey referee. Despite how much I loved the game, the abuse was so bad I often came home in tears. Neighbors calling me a motherfucker like it was nothing. No apologies. This is despicable and needs to stop. It’s just a game. espn.com/high-school/st…
