Tam Sheldon from Baldivis SC says when she was working at a hotel in the city it sparked a long-life passion for teaching hospitality. "I loved it so much that I thought I want to teach people to do this," she says. Tam is a WA Premier's Secondary Teacher of the Year finalist.
