I’ll be spitting some breathwork gems on here. Follow. First gem is why the 4-7-8 breath technique is so grounding and parasympathetic. When we breathe in our heart rate increases. When we breathe out it decreases. If we can extend our exhales our heart rate will go slower.

Hey everyone. This is Prospera! Her arm was severely messed up when I found her. Tail too. She needed her arm amputated. It was $1200. I barely had the money so I called upon my community and everyone donated about $900. Now Prospera is super energetic and healing great!
