🌞 SolarPANC uses solar dehydration to preserve Unconventional Food Plants and medicinal species. The goal: recover traditional knowledge, strengthen food sovereignty, and support communities with sustainable practices.

🌿 FreeDye develops a natural food dye from the Brazilian plant crajiru (Fridericia chica). It offers a healthier, safer, and more sustainable alternative to synthetic dyes in the food industry.
