Queer people don’t grow up as ourselves. We grow up playing a version of us that sacrifices authenticity to minimize humiliation and prejudice. The massive task of our adult lives is to unpick which parts of ourselves are truly us and which parts were created to protect us.

I did a 19 minute sacral chakra meditation today and it’s amazing just how much lighter I feel. I definitely purged some blocked energy. There was a time that I practiced daily and I have to get back to that discipline. Because it makes a huge difference.

Televised Pro Wrestling is literally a weekly television show with no off seasons — that features characters, whose stories never really end until they’ve retired. So…. Just go for the ride and stop trying to control everything.
