I've tried to create this post multiple times over the last week, but have lacked the words and the strength to express the sadness we all feel. Anything I can write doesn't seem significant enough. We miss you, Coach.

Congrats to the Lake Ridge varsity sprint medley relay team that just won first place at the Lancaster meet of champions. They turned in the 13th fastest time in the nation!!!!!
