This morning the Court denied review in two of my cases. Both presented important procedural issues re: the rights of plaintiffs to seek relief against religious institutions that harmed them or discriminated against them. Thrilled that the lower court decisions stand!

I loved clerking. But it's not for everyone and it's certainly not required to do excellent work. Law schools push it because it's good for them. If that aligns with your interests, great. If not, don't sweat it. And if you want honest conversation, like Hannah, I'm happy to.
