S1 Pupils have enjoyed making pizza this week with some pupils being really creative with their designs. Ashleigh and Sophie have gone for a Valentine's theme! 😍

As part of their "Journey of a Main Meal" unit, S3 pupils enjoyed a visit from QMS chef Eilidh Smith. Pupils helped Eilidh make Meatballs with Orzo and Tomato Sauce. We were delighted to use the Farming Foodsteps resources to teach pupils where their food comes from.

S3 have been demonstrating great practical skills this week. Lemon Meringue Pies look amazing.#success #skills.

Our Skills for Work Hospitality pupils have had a busy week. Preparing a buffet lunch for staff in sports day. Then a visit from Neil Mugg at UHI Perth who had them making some Biscoff tarts and Strawberry tarts.#DYW

2 of our talented S2 pupils joined the Skills for Work class today. Erin and Alina entered a competition which was sadly cancelled. Neil from UHI Perth recognised their effort and very generously gifted them a bag of baking goodies for their efforts. Huge thanks to Neil.#success

Our very creative S1-S2 Wider Achievement group made these beautiful bags for the NICU at Ninewells Hospital. They will be used for holding essential items to help new parents with bonding, memory making and carrying information during their stay in the unit. NICUNinewells

Our Practical Cookery pupils enjoyed making Red Onion and Chilli Bhaji's with Raita this week. They smelt amazing and appeared to go down well with the pupils (and their friends!). Great recipe for practicing many skills and using up leftover onions.
