Can't help but feel like as soon as some/certain people know you have BPD they use it as a reason for treating you poorly and blame it on you??????? I'm ok I'm not on a low... this isnt me

I'm missing my account so ill now make a conscious effort to post more. Having been in a dark place since my Dads diagnosis and my boyfriend leaving (he couldnt hack me being so sad) I havent wanted to post as I worry I'll project my sadness onto others. But I'm back I think??

I have been totally underground on this account ... I haven't wanted to however I have had a bad few months & I don't like to project it. Multiple episodes of both splitting & dissociating. I love my family more than life and BPD is evil

The worst with BPD is where I genuinely believe my dark thoughts. I can be another level of VILE... to those I love

Finally I've been told I have bipolar

I try not to open up as I know I overshare far too frequently (trying to become more self aware... it is taking a long time) however I was completely fooled by someone whom opened up and made out to have genuine concerns. I'm so confused and from now on want to shut off entirely

I've just started a mental health page on Instagram.. When I got diagnosed with BPD I felt so alone and searched on the interner & some pages made me feel so scared... I know everyone is different but I just want to show good days happen too x

So I havent had my Instagram for mental health help even a week and I have received 5 direct messages asking for money to be promoted? I don't understand.. I want to help- not pay or be paid. When I was diagnosed I looked for help & was met with negativity.. I want to change that
