Liftoff. The Artemis II mission launched from NASA's Kennedy Space Center at 6:35pm ET (2235 UTC), propelling four astronauts on a journey around the Moon. Artemis II will pave the way for future Moon landings, as well as the next giant leap — astronauts on Mars.
History in the making In this new image from our NASA Artemis II crew, you can see Orientale basin on the right edge of the lunar disk. This mission marks the first time the entire basin has been seen with human eyes.
Embracing my science nerd side and checking in with NASA Artemis as they travel around the moon. It makes me so proud to see what can be accomplished in the name of science.
One last trip with the family to People's Bank Arena this season as the Hartford Wolf Pack take on the Springfield Thunderbirds on Fan Appreciation Night. Let's Go Wolf Pack!
