Senior Logan Remmers is Co-Champion of the 2024 SSC Conference Championship with a score of 73 at are Meadows! This coming less than a week after his 5th place finish with a score of 72. Some great golf to finish out the regular season for Logan! Shakopee Activities

Varsity Boys with a 5th place finish at the conference championship to finish tied for 4th overall on the season in the SSC! Sabers were led by Co-Medalist Logan Remmers, giving the Sabers back to back individual conference event medalists! Wagner, Lorenz, and Brook also score!

Varsity competed in sections Tuesday at Ridges shooting 315 to place 7th. This was 4 strokes better than last years, but unfortunately did not qualify for day 2 with Waconia at -5 as a team. Wagner and Zitzmann led the way powering them to day 2. Brook and Remmers also score

Sabers had 2 golfers compete in Day 2 of sections. Junior Adam Wagner shot a second consecutive 73 to tie for 5th and punch his ticket to state! First boy state participant in 8 years! Ty Zitzmann followed up his first day 79 with another 79 to finish in the top 25. Shakopee Activities

With a combined GPA of 3.846 from our Section Line-up, the Saber Boys Golf Team earns Team Academic All-State Honors for Section 2 AAA! Great job by our student-athletes, their teachers, and their families! Shakopee Activities

Great finish for Adam at State! He finished with a two day total of 156 (77/79) and we are already looking forward to getting back at it next spring!

Varsity shoots 308 to take 5th at Eagan Invite. Sabers led by Max Brook who PR’d for the 2nd straight day shooting 73 and tying for 3rd! Adam Wagner battles back from a rough start to go -2 his last 16 holes to take 9th. Rin Stoering added a third score in the 70’s Shakopee Activities

Nice first day by the JV squad today in their 2 day tournament! The team shot 333 with scoring by Jayden Rippel 82 (tied for PR), Jaxon Tolonen 83 (PR) and Peterson and Juhl both 84 (PR for both). Sherlock PR’s and Ho shoots within one of his PR as well!

The boys had quite the round going today before being cut short due incoming storms. 5 players were T5 or better, including Brandon Busher who was in the lead and Ty Zitzmann/Jayden Rippel who were tired for 2nd The team was also up by 7 strokes when the horn blew! Shakopee Activities

Big day for the Sabers as they tie for 1st at the SSC meet today (taking 2nd by tie breaker). Adam Wagner is the individual medalists for the 2nd time in 4 conference meets, winning by 4 shots with 1 under 70! Ty Zitzmann also a top 10 finisher shooting 76! Shakopee Activities

Yesterday Varsity competed in the Mankato East event at Le Seuer Country Club. This Ryder Cup style match play event came down to the last putt with Adam Wagner drilling it for par to half the hole and secure a 36 1/2 to 35 1/2 win over New Prague! Thanks for having us down!
