the widespread denial of paleo being "mean" is truly baffling to me we talk about the dysfunction amongst ourselves *constantly:* everyone knows the bad actors, & that poor behavior is (often) taxon-correlated - so why deny it when it's called out publicly? embarrassed? afraid?
