Circadian Health is simple- 7+ hours of sleep. Avoid blue light at night. Don’t eat within one hour of waking or 2 hours of bedtime. Exercise 30+ minutes daily. No stimulants after midday. Sunlight in the morning, midday, and evening (no contacts or glasses).

Eliminating blue light at night, cutting out a few foods, and increasing electrolyte consumption got rid of my migraines completely. Headaches and migraines shouldn’t be as common as they are.
