If you don’t have access to a sauna, a hot bath works just as well with most of the same benefits we see from saunas.

Just get the water as hot as you can safely take & submerge yourself as much as you can.

Bonus points if using magnesium flakes

Why you look smaller after a week of no gym:

After a week you can lose 20% total glycogen, which also holds water (1g glycogen holds 3g water) so losing it makes muscles look smaller

After 1 workout it’ll all be back (often even look bigger because glycogen supercompensation)

I’ve said this 100 times & I’ll say it again.

There are 2 ways practically any man outside of dudes just genetically fcked can become attractive:

1. Build muscle, this is like makeup for men, you can get away with a lot more

2. Get lean (<12% bf), this brings out your jawline

After a certain point with back movements, grip is going to be your limiting factor & limit your back growth

You won’t be able to work the muscle to failure because grip will fail first

While we want to build grip, to limit the impact on back it's a good idea to use straps
