I just became the first U.S. Secretary of Education to call on President Biden to unilaterally cancel student loan debt. Can I count on you to retweet and help me hit 35k followers so we can spread the word?

Does anybody know if time spent teaching at international schools (schools where US Embassy sends students) counts towards the #PSLF waiver? Travis Hornsby, CFA, CFP®?#studentloanforgiveness

This message from my principal made my day! What an absolutely awesome initiative! And of course it came from students. Thanks for helping those of us who make an effort to pronounce their names properly! #myNameMyIdentity #deij #studentvoice

1/7 As the years go by, fewer educators hear about one of the most important research findings of the 20th century, known as the Eight-Year Study. Back in the '30s, 30 high schools around the U.S. turned traditional practice on its head, especially for college-bound students...

I can't thank deray enough for taking time out of his day to set up an interview with a GR 8 student who is exploring police reform for our "How do we bring about change in our community" project. It is an experience he will never forget! Crooked Media

Inspiring to see the International Baccalaureate make such a bold move here towards more project-based, transdisciplinary learning! This pilot has huge potential, especially partnering with UWC. Joe Bonnici Kurt Wittig (he/him)

Schools in the Americas @FDRHighSchool None of it would be possible without the leadership and support of forward-thinking leaders like you, Chris Akin 🇨🇦🇪🇨🇵🇪🇵🇾🇨🇭🇲🇨🇵🇪🇨🇳🇪🇸, Kerry Jacobson, Russ Jones, and so many others. We have been able to trust and empower students because you trust and empower teachers! THANK YOU!

In school, time pressure on tests favors the fastest sprinters. But in life, success is a marathon. The students with the greatest potential aren’t always the ones who rapidly spit out the right answers. They’re often the ones who take the time to ask the right questions.

The purpose of liberal arts education is not to build your career. It’s to broaden your mind. You don’t have to justify a major based on job prospects. The only explanation necessary is “it interests me.” The true value of college is improving your ability to think and learn.

Urging people to be positive doesn’t boost their resilience. It denies their reality. When times are tough, we don’t need good vibes only. We need a hand to keep us steady through all the vibrations. Strength doesn’t come from forced smiles. It comes from feeling supported.

Banning smartphones in schools is good for learning and well-being. New study of 400+ middle schools in Norway: after smartphone bans, girls had fewer mental health issues & better grades. Boys and girls were less likely to be bullied. Smartphones belong at home or in lockers.
