Big day for me today! They let me away from my desk and so far I’ve only lost 1 boot in mud(recovered), a pair of safety glasses,both gloves are soaked through and I smell like decomposing plants!!!

I've been lucky enough to work on a few golf courses and this can't be stressed enough. Unfortunately, some of those paying the bills don't like the feeling that they are wasting money on something they can't see.

Found this new wallet from Second String Leather Company made from old goalie gear. Nice to keep something with me to remind me of my youth. I’ll probably look into repurposing some of my old gear soon. Also, it doesn’t smell like used hockey gear.

Its been amazing watching this project progress from paper to dirt moving.

Today I learned about variable depth green construction and my mind has been blown.

Los Angeles Country Club topography. Only 30 feet from high point to low point but plenty of sidehills are mixed in.

I don't think the water is supposed to be that color.
