Underrated benefit of aging is confidence and ease. You know who you are, your likes and dislikes, strengths and weaknesses and are far more honest with yourself. Less focus on the opinions of others, and a greater emphasis on your opinion of yourself.

Anxiety was a menopause symptom I didn't see coming. It can be debilitating. As a Christian I used to feel weak whenever I struggled with it. I think the church should be more open about mental health. Have a listen to Matt Hill message.

Be mindful that you don’t neglect yourself. No person or job should diminish you. Choose people, places, and things that cause you to flourish. You’re already worthy.

May your spoken and unspoken prayers be answered. May you be the answer to someone’s prayers. May they recognize you and appreciate what you carry.

Women, please don't ignore your #cervical screening letters. Having a smear test could spot something at an early enough stage to do something about it. Did you know that you can have your test in a different position that's more comfortable for you? Ask for what you need!
