The Cubs just won two games against Arizona, the best team in baseball against righties, deploying the two righties at the back of their rotation against the two starters at the FRONT of the DBacks rotation.

Trey Thompson is the only player among all 4 AAU circuits and every age group that currently has been logged with 10+ dunks, 10+ assists and 10+ made threes. Incredible versatility.

Iowa kicked Fran McCaffery to the curb because of mediocrity and fan apathy despite being just as successful as the football program for the last decade. Unfortunately football is too much of a party (I.e tailgating, only 7 home games) to fail. So it will get treated differently

Went to Iowa/NW in 2000. Kirk was 3-18 at that time. There were 54,000 ppl in attendance at Kinnick. He led Iowa to a convincing win over NW to keep them out of Rose Bowl. That was the moment Iowa fans knew Kirk had things cookin.
