Just watched 2 12u players throw over 120 pitches each. How is this kind of thing still happening?!? Poor adult decision makers at the helm.

To think that each individual player should do the exact same workout is archaic. Low level coaching tactics. Or, just lazy coaching.

Individual workout modifications that consider individual deficiencies, injuries, performance needs, etc. = upper level coaching.

Observations from this weekend: Saw 11u "coaches" verbally abusing and bowing up to 11 year olds. Saw 11u pitchers throw 73% breaking balls.

Saw parents of 11u players lose their minds about insignificant things that happened before & during 11u games.

No respect for the VULTURE programs that pluck players from the programs that have actually opened doors for the player.

No 14u player should be swinging a drop 5 bat. It's not safe and it's ridiculous.

I think we need more all star showcase world series triple points improve your ranking scouted invitation only amateur baseball events. 😒
