The fresh looking juvenile Grey Phalarope was still bobbing its way around Cold Knap lake, Barry as I left this evening.

As the famous song goes "There's a Least Sandpiper on my shoulder" Came across this on Youtube (TV screen grab) taken during a seabird/whale watching boat-trip off the coast of Maine, USA. They said that occasional passage migrants land on the boat, but this was a first! Wow 😲
