5 Areas you must set goals in 2025 These five areas are not the usual area people set goals in but they are areas that must not be ignored in 2025

Number 1 - Personal Development If you really want to achieve significant results this year, you need to be intentional about improving your version. What kind of person do you need to become and how do you want to grow. What’s your budget for personal development?

Number 2 - Significance - In what way do you want to contribute in your workplace and to humanity? Who is going to owe you their success in 2025, what will you birth and what will your name be synonymous to by the end of the year?

Number 3 - Influence What weight do you want your name to have this year where do you want your name to be mentioned? Where do you want your voice to be heard and what will you do to deliberately grow your reach and expand your influence?

Number 4 - Relationships What kind of people do you need in your life and how do you want to get them? Teachers: people that can help you grow speedily; Pushers: people that will drag you along even when you don’t want to move a muscle;

Number 4 - Relationships (cntd) Promoters - people that can speak for you in places you your legs cannot enter. Sponsors - people that can put resources behind even your craziest ideas. People that will vow not to sleep, drink or eat until you are made

Number 5 - Spiritual How do you want to grow your spiritual life this year? How often do you want to go into retreat and seclusion to be with yourself and God. How often do you want to pray and study God’s word so you can download those things that has been freely given to you?

If part of your goals for 2025 is to land yourself a promotion then here are some questions you need to ask yourself or else the ‘goal’ may as well just remain a desire or aspiration. 👉🏽

What are the strategic focus of my organization, department/team for the year and how can you align yourself with them? Beyond your regular work, what problem do you want to solve at your workplace this year? How can you be more valuable to your boss?

How can you better support your team members? What project can you take on that will give you more visibility? Is there a clear promotional pathway within your unit/organization or do you need to consider a change of unit/organization?

If I am going to make a change, what are the skills and competencies I will need to acquire so I can pivot seamlessly?
