In my 26 WIAA State Championships I’ve experienced thunderstorm delays many times. After our 2nd delay I told the team it was going to be a late night track & field party w/finish of ~1am. Then we had the 1st ever “lights out delay” Literally a late night T&F party WIAA State Tournaments
