I am fascinated by the spectral quality and sensitivity of the OrbiTrap Exploris 480. Before, it was impossible for me to get good MS/MS spectra from 5 pg !! human cell lysate (200 pg is app. equivalent of 1 HeLa cell). Database search was performed with MS-Amanda.
