Even if you’re using a Klaviyo sync for exclusions and ADV+ Audiences, you should still be uploading a Shopify export once a quarter to use for exclusions of existing customers. The uploads tend to have better match rates than the Klaviyo sync.

If you are using the native Shopify CAPI for Meta, the upgrade to checkout extensibility likely broke your CAPI. Check events manager and see. If it did, you just need to reconnect in the backend of Shopify to fix the problem.
