Our beloved Andy Griffith died on this date in 2012. He impacted all of our lives and still does to this day. Whenever I need to relax, I can always turn to Andy and Barn. Today, in his memory, watch one of your favorite episodes and do something nice for someone.

Thankful to be part of such a great community! So many people joining arm and arm to fight these fires for our neighbors. Sheriff Griffen told me some 180 fire fighters were battling this wild fire. Prayers for rain, all of those in the line of this fire, and our firefighters.

What a tremendous day spending time back in a Henderson County Public Schools Kindergarten classroom at Edneyville Elementary. I had the wonderful opportunity to distribute T-Shirts provided by local community supporters such as @AdventHealthHVL.
