Attended a fascinating symposium this afternoon at #SPPSpring2023 on vascular tumors and malformations. In the 45+ years since I originally learned about them, almost all the names have changed, except the one we knew was a misnomer even then- pyogenic granuloma.
Pathology can be beautiful… even the artifact 💜 any guesses on the specimen?
