majority of ecom brands don’t die from bad ads or anything like that... they die from bad cashflow too much money frozen in inventory, no flexibility to scale winners fast with slow lead times and then they either exit for cheap or give away % to survive i’m building a list

day 10(didn’t post yesterday) valuable lesson i learned it to always keep my ad accounts stacked with cash lol. kill our last products will go deep dive and do a feedback loop will post my learnings later today but already on a new test seems to be solid so far.
