UK BME Anti-Slavery Network (BASNET) 5th anniversary on well being of survivors of trafficking . We need more training with organisations so that they know how to deal with victims of Human trafficking says a survivor. #HumanTrafficking
Six years ago today, we at AFRUCA is on LinkedIn and Instagram held a powerful diaspora conference in Parliament exploring trafficking of Africans to Europe and action to stem the flow. Institutional racism is why you don’t hear voices of marginalised communities in the policy making space. Ministers like Yvette Cooper Bridget Phillipson Jess Phillips should always question officials why no diverse voices at meetings. It’s due to racism. thirdsector.co.uk/institutional-…
