Big fan of LOA manifestation and all that good stuffs. My partner? Not so much. So I set a lil challenge to show him it can work... I started reading a new book and I randomly chose two words 'obtuse' and 'gelatinous'. Low and behold both words were in the book! 🤯

As someone who is relatively new to wild swimming this is so sad to see. We all know how beneficial nature is to ALL of our wellbeing. Closing nature off to the public is truly saddening, we need to be doing more to encourage people into the wild not put bans in place 😭💔

So many academics & professionals have mocked me, abused me & harassed me for my work on this over the years; many of us doing this work are trolled beyond belief. I will be eternally proud of staying the course, holding my head high, and fighting oppressive biomedical models.
