SAY IT LOUDER! A lot of gurus hurting more kids with remote templates. Blindly throwing plyos at young age. Tons of kids throw those things and couldn’t tell you why. Not against plyos. Against salesmen in baseball profiting off unsupervised remote throwing programs.

How is this accepted as ok? Down 7 and everything is about HIM…..Entitlement USA. Need less of it today. Not more… Went to a HS game yesterday and a parent was radaring opposing pitcher and yelling velo to on deck guys…. Illegal but who cares right? Integrity gone.

Peter Noonan For middle school the top goal is learning how to train. I tell our coaches that I don’t care if a middle school kid gets any stronger. I want them to learn, to sprint, jump and lift. Strength will come organically.
