"Rough day, Velv? Anything I can do to ease your strife?" A low rumbling purr as he reciprocated the affections with nuzzling of his own.. Tails waggling in delight.

"Velv? Do you not like my gift? I can always tale them home with me and get you something else, if you'd prefer!" Hands now coming to grasp at a tail, of which he'd began to wring a anxiously... He didn't mean to upset Velvet.

"If you raise em right, I'm sure they'll become a lovely friend! Myself raised around several while you were away... They grow up faster than I'd like." A defeated sigh as he turned his gaze toward the wall.. An almost glassy look in his eyes as he reminisced..

"I'm sure they'll blossom into a beauty just like you..." A hand gently placed on his shoulder, tender smile pulling at his muzzle as he'd lean down to offer a gentle peck. "If you want we can take care of them together."
