EE Angelika Call of Duty UK Xbox UK Just upgraded my perfect internet to EE from my BT hub. It’s dreadful and so slow. Kids are complaining and my meetings at work keep freezing. Please help as this is dreadful and i can’t run an entire contract like this

EE You should probably be honest and and highlight that's for technology, connection, inclusive benefits etc not your Customer Service of which EE is currently the lowest, I'm still waiting for a response from EE so I can upgrade (i.e. give you more money)

EE Totally fed up with how I've been recently treated. I've been with you for over 10 years. My plan includes data roaming, but month after month I'm being charged. Each time I call customer services and I'm promised it'll be sorted with a refund. Once again this month I am charged

EE If you were an honest compnay that didn't lie, mislead and treat customers like dirt, and if your customer helpline dealt with problems instead of keeping people waiting for hours the Ombudsman wouldn't be needed.

EE Unbelievable. 3 missed appointments for a new TV service, so cancelled the package before even installed, now received a bill for it. Trying to phone to sort, get put on hold then disconnected. Every single time. Worst company I have dealt with in a long time.
