Just had the most incredibly dismal experience of customer service with TalkTalk. This is not about the regurgitation of CS placatory comments that are expertly delivered by operatives with no ability to help with anything outside the prescribed script. More in the next tweet!

The continuing saga of TalkTalk After 1 hour yesterday and 2.25 hours today still have no resolution! I received a letter from Talk Talk claiming I’d requested a change of provider however ‘it wasn’t too late to change my mind’! This claim is so NOT true! More to come!

Next instalment of TalkTalk experience I didn’t ever request a cessation of my account and when explaining this in my first call a shroud of secrecy enveloped our conversation Did I have a neighbour who advised a change of provider. I’ve no idea! More to come!

Despite several protestations of having no idea how this has happened the ‘switching off’ of my account could not be reversed despite the TalkTalk letter claim “it’s not too late to change your mind” Nearly there with the story not with gaining resolution!

I’ve been a TalkTalk customer for many years and evidently the only way to resolve is start a new account! 5 operatives + 3.25 hours of calls later, several times ‘being on hold’ with the same mind numbing music and all managers in meetings or on calls I’m still disconnected!

... and so no promised TalkTalk manager call. However I have a new customer welcome mail with mid-June connection Absolutely no help to a business owner reliant on internet connection Come on TalkTalk change outdated paralysing processes! Thanks to all who shared my frustration

Still nothing from TalkTalk TalkTalk Business to reconnect an unrequested broadband disconnection despite Friday promises of a manager call following 2.25 hours of unproductive conversations with operatives without the ‘authority’ to remedy the TalkTalk error #badcustomerservice

Good news says TalkTalk message today is that my new broadband connection takes effect 7.6.21 What would have been GOOD news TalkTalk is that my unrequested disconnection is REVERSED TODAY #badcustomerservice
