Being transparent. While it is with good intentions wanting to keep people in the loop, not framing it nicely does more harm than good. Lesson to learn, take the time to think about how to deliver the message. No shortcut. Fail my team badly 🙏

Poured my heart and soul into two weeks of hardcore programming. Finished the core functionalities and hackathon submission material. Good checkpoint to stop for now. Continuing only if the app gets traction. No win without sacrifice.

How frequent do you lose track of time grinding on auto pilot? Is time to fact check abit and seek feedback. Well, sometimes you just had to get slap in the face to realise it.

Crowdstrike Analysis: It was a NULL pointer from the memory unsafe C++ language. Since I am a professional C++ programmer, let me decode this stack trace dump for you.

Woke up with this exciting news. Poured my heart and soul into starting the project early. 2 weeks on the initial build, 2 weeks for another submissions and 2 weeks iterating based on the submission reviews. Stay tuned, I am very close to make available on public marketplace.

IMO, AI agents definitely is a huge boost for bootstraping project. Just like getting AI to design buildings. It works well at the start, but much can you trust the output of it. SWE is a professional job after all, especially when it comes to scaling the app.

AI is still alien to many non tech. Eg, PoV of AI. Is not a common to be able to digest how AI actually works and take full advantage of. There are so much opportunity to leverage upon. Hope to get more opportunity be part of this change agent.

Coding with cline and with gemini-exp-1206 for a laravel project. The code is reliable on first try and smart enough to handle framework specific stuff like FilamentPHP. Better than trying to search online. Is so good with framework that is opinionated.

As coding barriers fall, hierarchy emerges: Prompt Engineers: use AI to implement existing patterns Solution Architects: combine AI capabilities in novel ways System Innovators: create entirely new paradigms AI hasn’t seen Value as a creator increase the higher up this ladder.

If everyone starts using chatgpt for answer during development. There won't be communities to discuss on unexplored topics on forums anymore. Perhaps is time for AI to contribute back to public forum?

Thanks for the challenge. Every year, I am excited for this program to be able to learn something new. This time is no different. And, this post is for the swag ;) #GCPBoleh
