Love when the blooming season begins. So difficult to believe that each pot was a gift of one bloom Christmas, 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019 (Smooches Barbara)!! The Elm trees are birthed from seedlings that have blown into these pots from the front yard!! #ContainerGardening

In Louisiana, black women were put in cells with male prisoners and some became pregnant. All children born in the penitentiary to blacks were property of the state. At 10 years, they would be auctioned off. The proceeds were used to fund schools for white children. -THREAD-
