🧵 My extended trip to the quiet cafe was again shattered today by the sounds of a screeching 9mth old next to us. Mum, alone, looked broken. Tired, weary, buggered. She kept apologising. I offered to hold bub whilst she had a coffee. She handed the screamer over and within a few
