Despite being the 3rd largest city in the country, Chicago has only 1 public hospital, Stroger. A multi-year study of Stroger found that 43% of ER patients have PTSD. Since the clinics closed in 2012, ER visits increased 37% CITYWIDE for psychiatric treatment. #HealingVillage
