Was totally looking forward to Winter Institute, but I’m grateful that American Booksellers Association made the call to keep folks safe.

Today was super fun! The kids had all the energy and it was an honor to spend time with them today.

Last week, an Uber driver rode off from a multi-stop ride with my daughter’s backpack in his car. Uber Support is telling me they won’t investigate it or give me a refund for this ride and I am extremely frustrated. I feel violated and their team has not been helpful AT All.
