Minnesota State High School League Big news for MN Track & Field. T&F Coaches Assoc. proposal approved for MSHSL state qualifying standards. Now based on 9th place average over previous 3 years. Track events with prelim will use 9th place qualifier to finals. No more than 1% change each year. Effective 2024season

#mshsl board approves ticket prices for 2023 state cross-country meet Nov. 4 at new site, University of Minnesota Les Bolstad Golf Course: $13 for adults, $8 for students.

Congratulations to Blaine Senior River Santiago on winning to 2023-2024 Northwest Suburban Conference Cross Country Championship. River posted a time of 15:49.50, 13 seconds ahead of his nearest competitor.

Important information for the Cross Country State Meet: All spectators must park at the MN State Fair Lot "Block 55" at 1680 Como Avenue. There will be a free shuttle that will take you to the State Meet. Please plan to arrive 60 minutes prior to the start of your meet time.

Celebrating our State CC Participants this morning with our Parade of Champions. Best of Luck to our athletes and coaches. The State Meet will be held 11/4 at the U of M Les Bolstad Golf Course. Connor, David and River will race at 10am and Brynlee will race at 10:45am.
